In 2006 Careforce staff opted to become a |

worker Co-operative. Effective November 18, |
2008 the worker cooperative owns 100% of |
Careforce Health Services. |
The majority of our staff are now owners |
and have an active interest in carrying out

tasks in an effective and professional manner. |

Compensation, and individual & private |
insurance. |

Membership allows you voice and vote in the |
management of Careforce. Profit sharing and |
dividends are paid out based on your hours |
worked. Owners have first opportunity at |
available hours. |
